We were assked to come up with a cause marketing program that provided a way for both
7-Eleven and it’s customers to contribute financially to not-for-profit organizations. So we asked celebrities like Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell and Rob Dyrdek, to name a few, to lend their artistic talents to 7-Eleven’s coffee cups in exchange for a substantial donation to the charity of their choice.

With no traditional advertising support, we relied on the celebrities themselves to spread the word about their cups. And with their help, the campaign received over $104 million in ad value, which led to about 35,000 Cup With a Cause purchases each day. But more importantly, in just 6 months, it raised over $1.5 million for charity.
